What data we process

For table requests: name, email, phone, chosen date/time, party size, optional message. Technical logs: server and security logs to operate the service.

Legal basis and purpose

Purpose: handling table requests, contacting guests (confirmation, changes, cancellation), and operating the restaurant. Legal basis: consent (accepting the booking form) and pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Processors

Email: Resend (transactional confirmations). Hosting and database: Railway (website and reservation storage). We rely on appropriate processor agreements or safeguards.

Retention

Reservation data is kept as needed for restaurant operations, typically up to 2 years unless law requires longer. Cancellation links are valid for 30 days.
