Terms of use and reservations

A table request submitted on Kacsa Restaurant's online form is not an automatic contract. The booking becomes valid when confirmed by the restaurant.

Cancel via the link in the confirmation email or by phone/email. For large parties or holidays, please notify us in good time. Tables may be reassigned after 15 minutes’ delay without notice.

We strive for reliable operation but may modify or decline bookings due to technical issues. Guests are responsible for accurate contact details.
